Yes. Send a 2D/3D drawing, a physical sample or clear photos with dimensions. We will review feasibility, recommend material and finish, and quote.

Typical terms are a deposit with the balance before shipment, or as agreed for repeat customers. Exact terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice before production starts.

For many items, 7–15 days after sample approval and receipt of deposit. Custom tooling and complex parts take longer — a firm date is given in your quotation.

Yes. Samples and pre-production parts are available for approval; sample cost and freight are confirmed with your inquiry and are typically credited against a volume order.

We can quote FOB, CIF, CFR or DDP. We can work with your forwarder or arrange shipping ourselves, and we prepare the invoice, packing list, HS codes and other export documents.

Depending on the product we can provide material certificates, test reports and third-party inspection (SGS/BV or your nominated inspector). Please state your required documents with the inquiry.
